SUMMARY:WPI Research Experience for Teachers (RET)
DESCRIPTION:In this 6 week summer program\, WPI will be pairing five in-service and pre-service teachers to attended workshops and conduct research based on ideas such as healthy lives\, clean energy\, and climate action. DESCRIPTION:MSEF is collaborating with teachers across the state to provide professional development for middle and high school teachers. \nPRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED \nHigh School Focus \nNewton Country Day School \nHost: Sarah Webster\, Newton Country Day School \n9 a.m. – 2 p.m.\, lunch provided \n  \nScientific Review Crash Course: Primarily for High School teachers \nKnowing the rules and systems can be the key to pushing your school’s program to the next level and improve the experience for students and teachers. This workshop is designed to improve your support at the school level. Agenda will cover forms\, risk assessment\, and restricted areas for research while exploring different scenarios and common challenges. 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided. \n  \nThese programs are free of charge to teachers.  \nThese programs are designed for classroom teachers and school leaders.  \nSpace is limited.
